G iallo paglierino di bella espressivi-
tà. Lievi note balsamiche e agru-
mate al naso. Si distinguono toni di
anice, pesca, mandorla e fiori gialli. Al
palato entra fresco ma piacevolmente
morbido, pieno e avvolgente.
Caratteristico nella chiusura sapida e
ammandorlata. Matura in acciaio per 10
mesi. TAGLIATELLE CON FUNGHI
PORCINI
R aggiante verde oro, è consistente.
Raffinata complessità di zafferano,
anice stellato, poi fiori come tiglio e gel-
somino. Seguono note di melone, pesca
gialla, albicocca e mandorla. Infine miele
e mineralità marina. Sorso glicerico, fre-
sco, succoso, dal finale tipicamente sapi-
do e di ottima persistenza. Maturazione
in acciaio per 15 mesi. PINCIARELLI

expressiveness. Slight balsamic and
citrus notes on the nose. Tones of anise,
peach, almond and yellow flowers. On
the palate, fresh but pleasantly soft, full
and enveloping. Characteristic with its
savoury and almond finish. Aging in

Radiant green golden hue, consistent.
Refined complexity: long progres-
sion of precious spices, saffron, star
anise, then flowers like linden and jasmi-
ne, followed by notes of melon, peach,
apricot and almond. Finally honey and
marine minerality. Glyceric, fresh, juicy,
with a typically savory finish and excel-
lent persistence. Maturation in steel for
