iallo paglierino dalla sorprendente
lucentezza. Erbaceo di salvia e
menta, agrumato di cedro e poi esotico
di ananas fresco. Acidità e alcol sono le
componenti che emergono al gusto.
Finale erbaceo leggermente amaricante.
Vinificato in acciaio per 6 mesi.
SOGLIOLA BURRO E SALVIA

aglierino intenso, è di buona consi-
stenza. Timido, inizialmente offre
lievi profumi di fiori bianchi ed erbe aro-
matiche con note agrumate. Poi si fa
dolce e suggerisce biscotti al malto e cro-
sta di pane. Di buona struttura e impor-
tante nota alcolica. Il finale torna vegeta-
le. Fermenta e matura in barrique per 6

traw yellow hue with surprising bri-
ghtness. Herbaceous of sage and
mint, citrusy of cedar and then exotic
fresh pineapple. Acidity and alcohol are
the components emerging on the palate.
Herbaceous and slightly embittering
finish. Vinified in steel for 6 months.

ntense straw yellow hue, it is of good
consistency. Faint, initially it offers
light aromas of white flowers and aro-
matic herbs with citrusy notes. Then it
becomes sweet and suggests scents of
malt biscuits and bread crust. Good
structure and important alcoholic note.
Vegetable scents in the finish.
Fermentation and aging in barrique for 6
