R osso granato tendente all'arancio.
Il naso è austero e fascinoso, con
note terrose di china e rabarbaro, evol-
ve con acqua di rose, arancia sanguinel-
la e legumi cotti. Anche sensazioni sal-
mastre. Al palato rimane sottile e delica-
to, con un'eleganza che vive di fre-
schezza e sapidità. Matura metà in
acciaio e metà in barrique per 12 mesi.

The nose is austere and fascina-
ting, with earthy notes of cinchona and
rhubarb, it evolves with rose water,
blood orange and cooked vegetables.
Also salty sensations. On the palate, it
remains subtle and delicate, with ele-
gance that lives on freshness and savour.
Aging partly in steel and partly in barri-
