Intriganti intrecci odorosi di mughet-
to, magnolia, acacia e tocchi minerali di
pietra focaia. Potente al palato, con sapi-
dità prepotente domata da struttura e fre-
schezza. Lunga chiusura tratteggiata da
aromi amaricanti. Solo acciaio per 5 mesi.
TROTA ALLE ERBE AROMATICHE

fumature d'oro lucente illuminano il
calice. I profumi che accarezzano il
naso ricordano le caramelle d'orzo, la
ginestra, le nocciole tostate e lo zafferano.
Lievi sfumature di vaniglia. Vivaci scambi
fresco sapidi sorreggono morbidezze
abbondanti e giusto calore. Ricordi di boi-
serie nel finale. Matura in acciaio per 12
mesi, una piccola parte in barrique.

steel for 12 months, a small part in barri-
