C olore rosa cerasuolo vivace.
Profuma di garofano, elicriso,
timo, rosa canina, lampone e bubble
gum. All’assaggio è corposo, equilibrato
e fresco, con gradevole evoluzione che
aggiunge sentori di menta, rosmarino
e accenno di nota balsamica.
Maturazione in acciaio per 5 mesi, un
piccola parte in barrique per 3 mesi.
FARAONA ALLO SPIEDO
R ubino con riflessi granato.
Marasca sotto spirito, geranio, rosa
rossa, prugna rossa in confettura, tabac-
co fermentato e pepe nero. In bocca è
caldo, equilibrato e ben strutturato, con
tannini carezzevoli e finale giocato su
lieve balsamicità e mineralità di idrocar-
buri. In acciaio per 3 mesi, poi in barri-
que per 14 mesi. AGNELLO AL

Vibrant cherry pink hue. Bouquet of
carnation, helichrysum, thyme,
rose hip, raspberry and bubble gum. On
the palate, it is full-bodied, balanced
and fresh, with pleasant evolution that
adds hints of mint, rosemary and hints
of balsamic notes. Aging in steel for 5
months, a small part in barrique for 3

R uby hue with garnet highlights.
Morello cherry in alcohol, gera-
nium, red rose, red plum jam, fermen-
ted tobacco and black pepper. On the
palate, it is warm, balanced and well
structured, with caressing tannins and
finish played on slight balsamicity and
hydrocarbon minerality. In steel for 3
months, then in barrique for 14 months.
