salmastro lascia poi spazio a profu-
mi di agrumi e arancia rossa. Sentori
dolci di biscotti al malto, camomilla e
rosa gialla. La sapidità stimola il palato e
costituisce la colonna portante del-
l’aspetto gustativo accompagnandolo nel
finale. In cemento per 8 mesi. PENNE

olor paglierino dai riflessi dorati.
Naso evoluto e dolce di legno
tostato e biscotto al malto. Ricordi
minerali che richiamano il salmastro.
Floreale di camomilla e ginestra. In
bocca rivela calore e tensione acido-
sapida che lo rende agile nella beva. Ne
risulta un vino di carattere, dal buon
corpo. Retrogusto tostato. Fermenta e
matura in barrique per 12 mesi.

and red orange. Sweet hints of malt
cookies, chamomile and yellow rose.
Its savour stimulates the palate and con-
stitutes the backbone of the gustatory

highlights. Evolved and sweet nose
of roasted wood and malt biscuit.
Mineral salty recalls. Floral scents of
chamomile and broom. On the palate,
warmth and acidic-savoury tension that
makes the drink agile. The result is a
wine of character, with good body.
Roasted aftertaste. Fermentation and
aging in barrique for 12 months.
