Ancona
Verdolino lucente, è di buona con-
sistenza. Richiede un po’ di tempo
per concedersi al naso con profumi deli-
cati e fini. L’olfatto ricorda la pasticce-
ria, torrone, mandorla tostata, miele e
ostia. Note di lievito di birra. Al gusto è
morbido e avvolgente, chiude agruma-
to. Fermenta e matura in cemento vetri-
ficato per 6 mesi. TAGLIATELLE CON
RAGÙ BIANCO DI POLLO
Colore rubino pieno e intenso, con
tonalità porpora sull’unghia.
Regala profumi di ciliegia croccante,
geranio, viola e lavanda. Al palato rive-
la subito un tannino ben presente che
asciuga il sorso. Finale vegetale.
Fermentazione in cemento e maturazio-
ne in grandi botti di rovere per 6 mesi.

Bright yellow-green hue, good consi-
stency. It takes time before smelling
delicate and fine scents. On the nose,
recalls of pastry, nougat, roasted
almonds, honey and wafer. Brewer's
yeast notes. On the palate, it is soft and
enveloping, it closes citrusy.
Fermentation and aging in vitrified
cement for 6 months. TAGLIATELLE

20% Syrah

F ull and intense ruby hue with pur-
ple tones on the rim. Scents of cri-
spy cherry, geranium, viola and laven-
der. On the palate, it immediately reve-
als well present tannins that dry the sip.
Vegetal finish. Fermentation in cement
and aging in large oak barrels for 6
