olore paglierino con riflessi verdo-
lini. Acacia, biancospino, giuggio-
la, mela cotogna, mandorla verde e
anice. La sapidità e la freschezza dona-
no nerbo al sorso che ripercorre le sen-
sazioni percepite al naso. Il finale appa-
gante è su agrumi succulenti. Matura in
acciaio per 8 mesi.

ubino. Al naso subito erba falciata,
geranio e viola; china e rabarbaro.
In sottofondo frutti di bosco e una deli-
cata spezia dolce. Il gusto è gratificato
dall'equilibrio tra il tannino e l'acidità,
lasciando presagire anche una buona
evoluzione. Termina su toni vanigliati. In
tonneau per 6 mesi, in bottiglia per altri
12 mesi. FILETTO AL PEPE VERDE

tones. In tonneau for 6 months, in bottle
