Mandorla e sambuco, pesca e prugna
gialla, poi cedro e sfumature erbacee.
Spicca verde la foglia d'edera. Il palato è
pervaso da calde note alcoliche, la struttu-
ra è importante ed è sostenuta da freschez-
za e sapidità che accompagnano un lungo
finale animato da sensazioni amaricanti.
Maturazione di una piccola parte della
massa in legno per 6mesi, il resto in cemen-
to per 9 mesi. CONIGLIOINPORCHETTA

orpora intenso e impenetrabile.
Olfatto intrigante con riconoscimenti
eleganti di lavanda, viola, ciliegia matura e
pepe bianco. All'assaggio è asciutto, dal
tannino presente ma in equilibrio con la
freschezza. Nel retrogusto aromi che ricor-
dano la lavanda in fiore. Riposa una parte
in barrique per 6 mesi, la maggior parte in
cemento per 8 mesi. PICI AL SUGO DI

traw yellow hue with yellow-green
highlights. Almond and elderberry, peach
and yellow plum, then cedar and herbaceous
nuances. Remarkable scent of ivy leaf. The
palate is pervaded by warm alcoholic notes, the
structure is important and is supported by fre-
shness and savor that accompany a long finish
animated by bitter sensations. A small quantity
ages in wooden barrels for 6 months, the remai-
ning ages in cement for 9 months.

ntense and impenetrable purple hue.
Intriguing nose with elegant hints of
lavender, viola, ripe cherry and white pep-
per. On the palate, it is dry, with tannins
balanced with freshness. In the aftertaste,
aromas reminiscent of lavender in bloom.
A small quantity ages in barrique for 6
months, the remaining in cement for 8
months.
