P aglierino con lampi verdolini.
Olfatto suadente di biancospino,
sambuco e mandorla avvolti da sentori
marini, pietra focaia e ghiaia bagnata.
Non mancano anice, finocchietto e scor-
za di cedro. In bocca è già signorile e
distinto nonostante la sua giovinezza.
Prospetta una nota fresco-sapida equili-
brata da alcol che lo rende intenso e
pronto a sfidare il tempo. Matura in accia-
io per 4 mesi. ROMBO AL FORNO
R osso rubino con ombre aranciate.
Naso su frutta evoluta, amarena e
marasca, e fiori appassiti, come rosa e
viola. Al palato denota struttura, con una
buona rispondenza alle sensazioni olfatti-
ve. Si aggiungono sentori speziati e ritor-
ni di frutta rossa matura in chiusura.
Maturazione in vasche di cemento per 6

Straw yellow hue with yellow-green
flashes. Persuasive scents of haw-
thorn, elderflower and almond wrapped
in salty hints, flint and wet gravel. Then
anise, fennel and cedar peel. In the
mouth, it is already elegant and remarka-
ble despite its youth. It shows a fresh-
savory note balanced by alcohol that
makes it intense and ready to challenge
time. Aging in steel for 4 months.

70% Montepulciano, 30% Merlot
Alcohol 13% - €7 - Btls. 10,000
R uby red hue with orange shades.
Nose on evolved fruit, black cherry
and morello cherry, and withered flo-
wers, such as rose and viola. On the
palate it denotes structure, with a good
correspondence to olfactory sensations.
Spicy scents and recalls of ripe red fruit
in the finish. Aging in cement tanks for 6
