nita consistenza. Note di sambuco, tiglio,
asparago, mandorla. Cenni di silice, giuggiola e
mela cotogna, il tutto in una nuvola di pepe
bianco. In bocca ha corpo ben espresso.
Freschezza e sapidità viaggiano di pari passo
all'alcol e concorrono a formare un elegante
equilibrio. Sfuma lentamente su echi agrumati.
Maturazione in cemento per 10 mesi.
PICCATINA AL LIMONE

osso rubino compatto. Note balsamiche
e mentolate, spezie dolci, cioccolato alla
menta, geranio. Spunti ferrosi, carruba e mirto.
Sentori delicatamente selvatici, grafite, lieve tor-
batura. Struttura superba, palpitante, robusta,
generosa e ben amalgamata. Soffuso di calore,
articolato lungo il sentiero di tannini magistral-
mente estratti. La trama è setosa. Di lunga per-
sistenza. Matura in legno piccolo per 12 mesi, poi in

traw yellow hue with yellow-green streaks,
clear texture. Notes of elder, linden, aspa-
ragus, almond. Hints of silica, jujube and quin-
ce, all in a cloud of white pepper. On the pala-
te, it has a well expressed body. Freshness and
savor go together with alcohol and combine to
form an elegant balance. I fades slowly on citrus
echoes. Aging in cement for 10 months.

ense ruby red hue. Balsamic and mentho-
lated notes, sweet spices, mint chocolate,
geranium. Ferrous hints then carob and myrtle
scents. Delicately wild sensations, graphite, slight
pit. Superb structure, palpitating, robust, gene-
rous and well blended. Suffused with warmth,
articulated along the path of tannins masterfully
extracted. The texture is silky. Long persistence. It
ages in small wooden barrels for 12months, then
in large oak barrels for further 12 months.
