iallo paglierino. Apre all’olfatto
con sensazioni di pesca e ricordi
di mango e papaia per poi lasciare spa-
zio a sentori erbacei e sfumature mine-
rali lievemente sulfuree. Morbido e
avvolgente al gusto, dal finale sapido
che lo spinge verso l’equilibrio. Matura
in acciaio, sulle fecce fini, per 7 mesi.

sations of peach and recalls of
mango and papaya and then herbace-
ous hints and slightly sulphurous mine-
ral nuances. Soft and enfolding on the
palate, with a savory finish that pushes
it towards balance. Agingin steel, on
fine lees, for 7 months.
