l'olfatto nei toni di rosa, amaretto
e ribes macerato. Delicato al palato,
presenta pacata freschezza e snella
trama sapida in un discreto equilibrio
che rende piacevole e stuzzicante la
beva. Matura in acciaio per 6 mesi.

Rosa rossa, viola e giacinto. Poi
muschio, amarena, radice di liquirizia e
cenni di chiodi di garofano. Secco, con
garbata percezione alcolica, si snoda in
bocca con sinuosa tannicità, bella fre-
schezza e ottimo equilibrio. Finale piace-
volmente fruttato. Rimane in acciaio per
