pesca gialla. Seguono mandorla e ricordi
di agrumi. Gusto rotondo, con impatto
glicerico ma struttura incentrata su viva-
ce salinità e precisa freschezza. Finale
proteso su ritorni di mandorla. Matura in
acciaio per 5 mesi. DENTICE AL CAR-
TOCCIO CON VERDURE

aglierino cristallino.Mughetto e fre-
sia, mandorla e giuggiola. Timida
sensazione agrumata di cedro. In bocca
l'equilibrio è garantito da un'esuberante
vena fresca, intrisa di sapidità. Sfuma
lungamente, coerente su ricordi
ammandorlati. Maturazione in acciaio,
con permanenza sui lieviti, per 5 mesi.

almond and citrusy scents. Round taste,

jujube. Faint citrusy cedar sensations.
On the palate, the balance is guarante-
ed by an exuberant fresh streak, imbued
with savor. Long finish, consistent with
almond recalls. Aging in steel, with per-
manence on the yeasts for 5 months.
