olore granato, impenetrabile ma al
contempo luminoso. Fine ed ele-
gante al naso, offre sfumature di china e
ciliegia. Speziatura dolce di vaniglia e
pepe bianco. Cacao e caffè. Il tannino
in evoluzione lo proietta nel tempo.
Finale di frutti rossi e spezie dolci.
Fermenta in acciaio e matura in botti
grandi di rovere per 18 mesi.
BRASATO DI MANZO
R
osso granato intenso e pieno.
Ampio il profilo olfattivo che spa-
zia da fiori di rosa e geranio a profumi di
amarena in confettura. Nota vegetale di
radice di liquirizia. Lievi ricordi di cacao
e spolverata di pepe nero e chiodi di
garofano. Al gusto il calore scalda le
gote e la struttura è importante. Chiude
con note balsamiche. Acciaio per 5

the nose, fine and elegant with scents of
cinchona and cherry. Sweet spices of
vanilla and white pepper. Cocoa and cof-
fee. Still evolving tannins. Red fruits and
sweet spices in the finish. Fermentation in
still and aging in large oak barrels for 18

ntense garnet red hue. Great on the
nose with floral scents of rose and gera-
nium, then hints of black cherry jam.
Vegetal note of licorice root. Faint recalls of
cocoa and a sprinkle of black pepper and
cloves. On the palate, the warmth is inten-
se and the structure is important. It finishes
on balsamic notes. In steel for 5 months.
