dolini. All'olfatto pregevoli sentori
di mimosa, pesca e mandorla verde. Al
palato è di buona struttura ed equilibrio,
con una vivace freschezza e una grade-
vole sapidità che accompagna lo stimo-
lante finale di frutta tropicale.
Maturazione in acciaio per 4 mesi.
INSALATA DI POLPO E PATATE

iallo dorato smagliante. Profumi
di nespola, camomilla e anice.
Sorso intenso e di gran corpo, caratteriz-
zato da un'avvolgente alcolicità ben
bilanciata da un'adeguata acidità.
Interessanti aromi di frutta secca in
chiusura. Matura in botte grande di
rovere francese per 12 mesi.

kable hints of mimosa, peach and green
almond. On the palate, it is of good structu-
re and balance, with lively freshness and
pleasant savor that accompany the stimula-
ting tropical fruit finish. Aging in steel for 4
