nespola, mandorla e paglia. Nuance
eteree. Al palato indugia su una spicca-
ta acidità che emerge dalla struttura
decisa e caratterizzata da un finale leg-
germente amaricante. Cenni erbacei in
fondo. Maturazione in acciaio per 7

osso rubino luminoso. All'olfatto
profumi di ciliegia, violetta e lam-
pone, di evidente fragranza e gradevo-
lezza. In bocca è di buona struttura e di
ottimo equilibrio, con una componente
tannica setosa e una suadente morbi-
dezza. Irresistibili gli aromi di piccoli
frutti rossi in chiusura. Matura in accia-
io per 7 mesi.
