olore paglierino vivace. Zagara,
sambuco, ginestra, mela golden,
pesca gialla e tratti erbacei rapiscono il
naso. In bocca si espande con notevole
corpo e buon equilibrio, esaltato da
sapidità, freschezza e mineralità. Nel
lungo finale appaganti ricordi di sal-
via e melissa. Fermentazione e matu-
razione in cemento per 8 mesi.

dolini. Profumi fini di acacia, gel-
somino, zagara, mela golden, pesca net-
tarina, melissa, salvia e mela cotogna.
All’assaggio dona freschezza, sapidità e
lunga persistenza, con sfumature balsa-
miche. Fermenta e matura in cemento
