Sentori decisi di tiglio, sambuco,
zagara. Seguono erbette aromatiche,
anice, melone bianco e note salmastre.
Strutturato in un gusto avvolgente, dalla
beva invitante nel suo bell'equilibrio. La
chiusura è lunga e delicatamente sapi-
da. Matura in acciaio per 6 mesi.

iallo paglierino con intarsi verdo-
lini. Sambuco, tiglio, erba tagliata,
cedro e frutta esotica. Non mancano
timo, rosmarino e una spolverata di
pepe bianco. Secco, affascina per fre-
schezza e sapidità. Equilibrio ben pal-
pabile. Nel finale domina una percezio-
ne salmastra che lo accompagna in una
impeccabile persistenza. Maturazione
in acciaio per 6 mesi. CONIGLIO IN

elderberry, orange blossom. Then aro-
matic herbs, anise, white melon and
salty notes. Structured in an enfolding
taste, with an inviting drink in its beau-
tiful balance. The finish is long and
delicately savory. Aging in steel for 6
months.
