withered floral aromas of broom and
dandelion, between oxidative and ethereal
notes. Exotic yellow fruit. Intriguing sweet
spices and trails of saffron complete the
olfactory profile. The drink is overwhelming
for its alcoholic fullness that makes the
structure tonic and cleans the palate.
Pleasantly persistent. In French oak tonneau
