Giallo paglierino tenue. Sottile naso
che si orienta su toni di fiori bian-
chi, pomacee e pepe bianco. Volge a
note di ginestra, mela cotogna e man-
dorla. Buono l'equilibrio gustativo tra la
fresca acidità e il tenore alcolico. In
acciaio per 8 mesi. n RISOTTO AI
FRUTTI DI MARE
P aglierino luminoso. L’intensità si
snoda su sentori di pesca, muschio
e salvia. Netto il vegetale di peperone,
l’erbaceo di menta e il floreale di camo-
milla. Di buona freschezza gustativa,
possiede una gradevole avvolgenza.
Nel finale tornano le tracce di frutta
gialla. Maturazione in acciaio per 6

that focuses on tones of white flo-
wers, pome fruits and white pepper.
Turns to notes of broom, quince and
almond. Good taste balance between
fresh acidity and alcohol content. In

B right straw yellow hue. The intensi-
ty unfolds on hints of peach, musk
and sage. Clear vegetal hint of pepper,
herbaceous scent of mint and floral
recalls of chamomile. With a good gusta-
tive freshness, it has a pleasant envelo-
ping. In the finish, consistent traces of
yellow fruit. Maturation in steel for 6
