iallo paglierino. All'olfatto sentori
di mela, ginestra e pesca, con note
di timo in sottofondo. In bocca è di
buona struttura e di ottimo equilibrio,
con una sferzante freschezza che cede
poi il posto a una stuzzicante sapidità.
Ricordi di frutta a polpa bianca costella-
no la raffinata chiusura. Riposa in accia-
io per 11 mesi.

osso rubino luminoso. Apre con sen-
tori di ciliegia e rosa seguiti da nuan-
ce di prugna e narciso. Al palato una com-
ponente acida di grande eleganza è bilan-
ciata da un'adeguata morbidezza e rie-
merge poi gradevolmente nel finale insie-
me a memorabili aromi di frutti rossi.
Matura in acciaio per 22 mesi.

traw yellow hue. On the nose, hints
of apple, broom and peach, with
notes of thyme in the background. In
the mouth, it has a good body and
excellent balance, with a boosting fre-
shness that then gives way to a tantali-
zing savor. Recalls of white fleshed fruit
sprinkle the refined finish. It stays in
steel for 11 months.

of cherry and rose followed by nuan-
ces of plum and daffodil. On the palate, an
acidic component of great elegance is
balanced by adequate softness and then
re-emerges pleasantly in the finish together
with memorable aromas of red fruits.
