fi di timo e finocchietto. All’assaggio è di ottimo equilibrio e
mostra una vivace acidità che cede poi il posto a una stuzzi-
cante sapidità. Piacevole finale di aromi agrumati.

Yellow-green hue. Citron, peach and almond enriched by puffs
of thyme and fennel. When tasted, it is excellently balanced and
shows lively acidity which then gives way to a tantalizing savour.
Pleasant finish on citrusy aromas.

Paglierino luminoso con riflessi dorati. Profumi di prugna e
tarassaco, con dragoncello e salvia in sottofondo. Sorso inten-
so e di buona struttura, dove emerge una sferzante freschez-
za. Chiude con nitidi ricordi fruttati ed erbacei.

Bright straw yellow hue with golden highlights. Aromas of plum
and dandelion, with tarragon and sage in the background. Intense
andwell-structured sip, with striking freshness. It closes with clear
