aglierino con vivaci lampi dorati.
Profumi fini di ginestra, zagara, sambu-
co, rosa gialla, salvia, timo, mela renetta,
prugna e pesca gialle, tutti assieme ma ben
distinti. La bocca si riempie di freschezza e
sapidità, con perfetto equilibrio che sottoli-
nea la notevole struttura. Nel finale molto
persistente anche note di anice e netti sen-
tori agrumati. Maturazione in acciaio per 18
mesi. TONNARELLI CON SALSICCIA E
ASPARAGI SELVATICI

ubino impenetrabile. Viola e rosa
rossa anche appassita in netta evi-
denza su prugna rossa in confettura,
mora e mirtillo. Speziatura di pepe nero.
Ben strutturato e con tannini carezzevo-
li, in bocca ripropone con buona evi-
denza le caratteristiche floreali. In
acciaio per 8 mesi.

traw yellow hue with bright golden fla-
shes. Fine scents of broom, orange blos-
som, elderberry, yellow rose, sage, thyme,
pippin apple, plum and yellow peach, all
together but very distinct. The mouth is fil-
led with freshness and savour, with perfect
balance that underlines the remarkable tex-
ture. In the very persistent finish, also notes
of anise and clear citrus hints. Aging in steel
