P aglierino, con vivaci bagliori dorati.
Ginestra, rosa gialla, zagara, tiglio,
sambuco, pera abate, pesca gialla, mela
golden e miele di acacia tutti assieme, a
braccetto. In bocca è corposo, sapido, fre-
sco, equilibrato e persistente, con ricordi
di salvia, melissa e lieve mandorla amara.
In acciaio per 19 mesi, permane sui lievi-
ti per 6 mesi. VITELLO TONNATO
Giallo dorato vivace. Zagara, ginestra,
rosa gialla quasi appassita, miele
d’acacia e cera d’api, mela golden, pesca
nettarina e accenno di vaniglia. All’assaggio
è avvolgente, sapido, equilibrato, fresco e di
notevole struttura, con finale molto lungo e
arricchito da mineralità di idrocarburi e fre-
schi sentori di timo, salvia ed erba cedrina.
Matura in acciaio per 19 mesi, sui lieviti per

Alcohol 14% - € 10 - Btls. 4,000 S traw yellow hue with bright golden
glows. Scents of broom, yellow rose,
linden, elder, Abate Fetel pear, yellow
peach, Golden Delicious apple and acacia
honey all together. On the palate, it is full
bodied, savoury, fresh, balanced and persi-
stent, with recalls of sage, lemon balm and
slightly bitter almond hints. In steel for 19
months, on yeasts for 6 months. VITELLO
TONNATO

100% Verdicchio
Alcohol 13% - € 10 - Btls. 2,000 L ively golden yellow hue. Orange blossom,
broom, nearly withered yellow rose, acacia
honey and beeswax, Golden Delicious apple,
nectarine peach and vanilla hints. On the pala-
te, it is enveloping, savoury, balanced, fresh with
remarkable texture, with very long finish enri-
ched with mineral hints of hydrocarbons and
fresh scents of thyme, sage and cedar grass. In
steel for 19 months, on yeasts for 6 months.
