aglierino brillante, con lampi dorati.
Brezza salmastra, ricordi di zafferano,
ginestra, mandorla amara, buccia di aran-
cia. Anice stellato, pesca ed erbe aromati-
che. Chiusura affidata a fragranze di
pasticceria. Massima espressività al palato
che offre equilibrio e persistenza. Finale
gradevolmente ammandorlato. In acciaio
e in legno, di varie dimensioni, per 12
mesi. GALANTINA DI FAGIANO CON
LAMELLE DI FORMAGGIO DI FOSSA

iallo paglierino acceso, è consisten-
te. Sentori di cedro, sambuco, giglio,
gelsomino e ginestra. Prugna gialla e zen-
zero. Spiccano note di anice e mandorla
amara. Leggera fragranza di lievito.
Generoso in bocca, morbidezza e sapidità
richiamano un lunghissimo ammandorlato
finale. Matura in cemento per 11 mesi, con
un po’ di permanenza sulle fecce fini.

flashes. Salty breeze, recalls of saf-
fron, broom, bitter almond, orange peel.
Star anise, peach and aromatic herbs.
Pastry fragrances in the finish. Maximum
expressiveness on the palate that offers
balance and persistence. Pleasantly
almond finish. In steel and wooden barrels,
of various sizes, for 12 months.

consistent. Hints of cedar, elder-
berry, lily, jasmine and broom. Yellow
plum and ginger. There are scents of bit-
ter almond and anise. Light yeast fra-
grance. Generous on the palate, softness
and savoury recall a long lasting finish.
Aged in cement for 11 months, on fine
