D orato luminoso. Vaniglia, zafferano,
legnetto secco. Caramella mou,
mela cotogna, ananas maturo.
L’evoluzione trova confortante conferma al
gusto. Le parti morbide giocano un ruolo
importante, seppure bilanciate dalla fre-
schezza. Retrogusto speziato. Fermenta in
legno, resta in tonneau per 30 mesi.
POLENTA FUNGHI PORCINI E SALSICCIA
G iallo dorato vivace. Fiori di ginestra,
rosa gialla, gelsomino e sambuco,
accompagnati da cera d’api, prugna gialla
e pesca nettarina. Sapido, apprezzabil-
mente fresco e corposo, in bocca aggiunge
mineralità di idrocarburi e sentori di smal-
to e melissa. Maturazione in acciaio per 18
mesi, con 12 mesi di permanenza sui lievi-

Bright golden hue. Scents of vanilla,
saffron, dry wood. Toffee, quince,
ripe pineapple. Its evolution finds com-
forting confirmation of its taste. Its soft
aspects play an important role, even if
they are balanced by freshness. Spicy
aftertaste. Fermented in wooden barrels,
it remains in tonneau for 30 months.

L ively golden yellow hue. Broom flo-
wers, yellow rose, jasmine and
elderberry, accompanied by beeswax,
yellow plum and nectarine peach.
Savoury, appreciably fresh and full
bodied, on the palate, it adds minerality
of hydrocarbons and scents of polish and
lemon balm. Aging in steel for 18
months, 12 months on yeasts.
