Gradevoli profumi di pompelmo,
tiglio ed erbe aromatiche. In bocca col-
pisce per la sua stuzzicante acidità e
l'appagante alcolicità. Mostra un mira-
bile equilibrio e un lungo finale con sfu-
mature di agrumi che invitano al sorso
successivo. Maturazione in acciaio per
3 mesi. BACCALÀ IN INSALATA

aglierino luminoso. All'olfatto sento-
ri di timo, pesca e ginestra. Al palato
è di grande impatto, con una sfavillante
freschezza ben equilibrata da una sua-
dente morbidezza e un'importante strut-
tura che sfocia in un'evidente nota di
mandorla amara. Matura in acciaio per 6
mesi, a contatto con i lieviti. ROMBO
