aglierino vivace, con riflessi dorati.
Profuma di ginestra, rosa gialla, cera
d’api, gelsomino, zagara, banana, mela
cotogna, pesca e prugna gialle.
All’assaggio è fresco, equilibrato, sapido
e avvolgente, con salvia e accenno mine-
rale sfumato. Vinificazione con iperossi-
genazione del mosto. Matura in acciaio
per 5 mesi. TONNARELLI CON SAL-
SICCIA E ASPARAGI SELVATICI

iallo paglierino dalle sfumature
dorate. Vaniglia, ginestra, rosa gial-
la, zagara, gelsomino, melissa, salvia, ana-
nas, banana e mela golden. Il sorso è note-
volmente strutturato, fresco, sapido ed
equilibrato, arricchito infine da sentori
minerali e intriganti note anisate. In accia-
io per 12 mesi e in barrique per altri 10

golden highlights. Scents of
broom, yellow rose, beeswax, jasmine,
orange blossom, banana, quince, peach
and yellow plum. On the palate, it is
fresh, balanced, savoury and envelo-
ping, with hints of sage an faint mineral
touch. Vinification with hyperoxygena-
tion of must. Aging in steel for 5

and Golden Delicious apple. The sip is
remarkably structured, fresh, savoury and
balanced, then enriched by intense mine-
ral scents and aniseed notes. In steel for 12
months and then in barriques for further 10
