profumi floreali di rosa, ginestra e
sambuco, poi di pesca e agrumi, erbe
aromatiche e tocco di eucalipto. Al
palato è prevalentemente sapido e fre-
sco, con un persistente aroma di man-
dorla verde. Vinificato in cemento vetri-
ficato. BACCALÀ CON LE PATATE

aglierino vivace. Emergono in succes-
sione sentori floreali di biancospino e
zagara, fruttati di bergamotto. Accenti sili-
cei ed erbacei in chiusura. Personalità fre-
sca e sapida dalle persistenze balsamiche
nel finale di bocca. Equilibrato nella sua
tipologia. Matura in cemento vetrificato.
