garbati sentori di rosa gialla, gine-
stra, melissa, prugna gialla e banana
matura. Cenni iodati. All'assaggio è di
corpo, con la morbidezza equilibrata
dalla giusta freschezza. Il finale sfuma
su note floreali mature e cera d'api.
Maturazione in acciaio per 6 mesi.
LASAGNE BIANCHE ALLE VERDURE

osso rubino profondo. Impressioni di
ciliegia, mora, lampone, prugne
rosse, anche in confettura, accompagnano
le note di rosa rossa e garofano. Pepe nero
e liquirizia. Il sorso evidenzia un tannino
di buona caratura, al quale serve un po’ di
tempo per integrarsi perfettamente. Il qua-
dro aromatico si amplia con fave di cacao,
caffè e tabacco. Matura in barrique per 16

yellow rose, broom, lemon balm,
yellow plum and ripe banana. Iodised
notes. On the palate, bodied, with soft-
ness balanced by right freshness. The
finish fades on ripe floral notes and bee-
swax. Aging in steel for 6 months.

eep ruby red hue. Impressions of
cherry, blackberry, raspberry, red
plums, also in jam, accompany the notes
of red rose and carnation. Black pepper
and licorice. The sip highlights good tan-
nins, which need more time to blend
perfectly. The aromatic frame also shows
hints of cocoa beans, coffee and tobac-
co. Aging in barriques for 16 months.
