el rosa chiaretto intenso. Variegato
all’olfatto di melograno, amarena,
lampone e note minerali sulfuree. A
seguire regala profumi di viola, narciso
e richiami eterei di iodio. Alla beva è
gustoso e scorrevole e regala al palato
una scia di fragoline di bosco. Matura in
acciaio per 6 mesi e in barrique per 4

ubino intenso, lascia impressi gli
archetti sulle pareti del calice.
Ciclamino, glicine, amarena, note di
legno secco e speziatura di pepe verde.
Ricordi di cespugli di rosmarino. Al
gusto risulta ancora in evidenza il tanni-
no che asciuga il sorso. Il finale richia-
ma la tostatura del caffè e del cacao. In
legno piccolo per 14 mesi. STUFATO

ice and intense pale pink. Largely
scented on the nose with hints of
pomegranate, black cherry, raspberry
and sulfur mineral notes. Then perfu-
mes of viola, narcissus and iodine ethe-
ric recalls. The sip is tasty and smooth
and it leaves a trail of wild strawberries
on the palate. In steel for 6 months and
in barriques for 4 months.

ntense ruby hue, it leaves legs on the
chalice walls. Cyclamen, wisteria,
cherry, dry wood notes and spiceness of
green pepper. Rosemary bush recalls.
On the palate, evident tannin that dries
the sip. The finish recalls roasted coffee
and cocoa. In small wooden barrels for
