nato. Garofano e rosa aprono la
strada a humus, ginepro, macchia medi-
terranea e una leggera speziatura di
pepe verde. Al gusto si espone con gran-
de freschezza, bella presenza tannica e
altrettanta intensità. In finale tornano
delicati ricordi ferrosi. Vinificazione in

L
impido granato, di discreta traspa-
renza. Propone sentori tipici del
vitigno con richiami di iris, petali di
viola secca, gradevoli note eteree, tosta-
tura e pepe nero. Affascinante e invitan-
te alla beva, stimola il sorso successivo
nella sua maturità ancora non piena-
mente raggiunta. Maturazione in barri-

the vine with irises, viola petals, plea-
sing ethereal notes, toasting and black
pepper. Charming and inviting to drink,
it stimulates the next sip in its maturity

ques for 12 months.
