bagnato e frutta esotica, spolvera-
ta di pepe bianco e vaniglia. Gusto
caldo, avvolgente, con bella nota fresca
e sapida, elegantemente equilibrato.
Pregiato il finale e di buona corrispon-
denza gusto-olfattiva. Maturazione in
rovere di piccolo dimensioni per 18
mesi. OMELETTE AL FORMAGGIO

osso rubino con lampi granato.
Note di tabacco kentucky e semi di
cardamomo. Petali macerati di rose e
viole, prugna sciroppata e noce moscata.
Dall'alcolicità emergente, con tannino e
struttura che controllano l'equilibrio.
Lunga, polposa e piacevole la persisten-
za. Maturazione in barrique per 18 mesi.

kle of black pepper and vanilla. Warm
taste, enveloping, with nice, fresh and
savoury notes, elegantly balanced.
Excellent finish with good olfactory con-
sistency. Aging in small oak barrels for 18
