olor paglierino, è consistente.
Intenso e fine al naso, apre spezia-
to di zafferano e pepe bianco, poi frutta
esotica, cedro, pesca gialla, erbe aroma-
tiche. Ricordi di miele e burro. Al pala-
to è morbido e vellutato, equilibrato
dalla gradevole freschezza, con lunghis-
simo finale sapido e salmastro. Una pic-
cola parte della massa in barrique, il
resto matura in acciaio per 6 mesi.

traw yellow hue, it is consistent.
Intense and fine on the nose, it opens
with spices of saffron and white pepper,
then exotic fruit, cedar, yellow peach,
aromatic herbs. Recalls of honey and
butter. On the palate, it is soft and velve-
ty, balanced pleasant freshness, with a
long lasting savoury and salty finish. A
small part of the wine aging in barrique,
the remaining part in steel for 6 months.
