Paglierino luminescente. Si esprime
con toni di ginestra, rosa e tarassaco
impreziositi da accenni di miele, carda-
momo e vaniglia. Poi esotico di ananas,
papaia, nespola e giuggiola. Cremoso
l'attacco gustativo, che si fa più vibrante
per freschezza e sapidità lasciando un
bel finale lungo e di ottime aspettative.
Acciaio per 10 mesi. TARTARE DI
SALMONE AL PROFUMO DI ARANCIA
S tupendo giallo dorato che si illumi-
na nel calice. Conquista l'olfatto
con aromi di fiori gialli esaltati da un
tocco etereo, anice e pepe bianco, otti-
mamente amalgamati a nespola, pesca
e albicocca. Al palato è secco e morbi-
do, di ottimo equilibrio. Corpo pieno
ma agile. A chiudere una rifinitura di
nocciole e pistacchio. Matura in acciaio
per 10 mesi. BISTECCA DI TONNO

Luminescent straw yellow hue. On
the nose, scents of broom, rose and
dandelion embellished with hints of
honey, cardamom and vanilla. Then
exotic tones of pineapple, papaya,
raspberry and jujube. Creamy tasting
attack, which becomes more vibrant
with freshness and savour, leaving a fine
finish that preludes to great expectations.
In steel for 10 months. TARTARE DI

A mazing golden yellow hue that
lights up in the chalice. It con-
quers the nose with aromas of yellow
flowers exalted by an ethereal touch,
anise and white pepper, perfectly blen-
ded with hazelnut, peach and apricot.
On the palate, it is dry and soft, with
great balance. Full but agile body.
Finish with hazelnuts and pistachio.
Aging in steel for 10 months.
