thorn, acacia, jasmine, linden and
orange blossom supported by fruity

Delicious apple. The tasting is balan-
ced, full bodied and fresh, with hints of
sage in the finish. Aging in steel for 6

G iallo paglierino, vivace e cristalli-
no. Appaga il naso con i profumi
di biancospino, acacia, gelsomino,
tiglio e zagara sostenuti da sentori frut-
tati di pesca bianca e mela golden.
All’assaggio è equilibrato, corposo e fre-
sco, con accenno di salvia in chiusura.
Maturazione in acciaio per 6 mesi.
PASSATELLI ASCIUTTI CON PRATAIOLI
E VERDURE
C olore paglierino, è cristallino.
Profumi fini di banana, camomilla,
zagara, tiglio, sambuco e pesca bianca
danzano assieme sia al naso che in
bocca. Equilibrato e apprezzabilmente
fresco, nel finale sfuma su delicate note
agrumate. Matura in acciaio per 5 mesi.
