iallo verdolino tenue. Profumi timidi
travalicano lentamente il calice;
camomilla, tè verde e pomacee. Nota
citrina in bocca, che perdura per tutto il
sorso, sintomo di evidente giovinezza.
Chiude agrumato. In acciaio per 6 mesi.

osso rubino impenetrabile, con
riflessi granato. Sbuffi vegetali ed
eterei precedono prugna disidratata,
petali di rosa e vaniglia. Onda piacevo-
le e potente che sfuma al palato.
Tannino maturo. Fermenta in acciaio e
matura in barrique per 18 mesi.
