si percepiscono cera d'api, polpa
di nespola e rosa gialla. Al gusto sapidi-
tà importante con infiltrazioni erbacee,
alcol che scalda le gote e morbidezza a
iosa. Riposa in acciaio per 24 mesi.

osso rubino, con riflessi granato.
Volute di carruba, viola appassita
e lillà, tocchi di rabarbaro. Sorso poten-
te, dinamico, lunga la persistenza, tra-
monta con sapori di china. Matura parte
in acciaio e parte in botte per 24 mesi.
