P aglierino intarsiato da lampi dora-
ti. Nuvole di burro, fiori gialli su
prati di montagna, melissa e note vege-
tali fresche. Sfere saporifere, morbide e
affusolate, si sciolgono in bocca,
lasciando ricordi agrumati persistenti.
Sosta in acciaio per 6 mesi.
CAPESANTE GRATINATE
R ubino fitto. Esplosioni erbacee e
profonde, infarcite di amarena,
caffè, glicine e lillà. Trama ben tessuta,
volume e sostanza al palato. Tannino
affusolato, accompagnato da folate di
vaniglia. Maturazione in acciaio per 4
