si annuncia con sentori floreali di
camomilla che lasciano spazio a spunti
di ghiaia bagnata e a un frutto giocato
su toni d’agrumi. Fresco e al contempo
morbido al sorso, rispondente la sua
anima sapida. Vinificato in acciaio,

este granato. Olfatto dolce che
deriva dallo speziato di pepe
nero, curry e cumino. Si amplia con toni
di cioccolato e caffè. La lieve scia balsa-
mica e mentolata completa il frutto
volto alla confettura di prugna e mara-
sca. Ricordi di carruba. Progressiva pia-
cevolezza gustativa, equilibrio sublime
tra le parti. Matura in legno grande per

opens with floral hints of chamo-
mile that gives way to wet gravel and a
fruity played on citrus tones. Fresh and
at the same time soft on the palate, con-
sistent savour. Vinified in steel, on lees

arnet hue. Sweet nose that comes
from spicy black pepper, curry
and cumin. It expands with tones of
chocolate and coffee. The mild balsa-
mic and mentholic trail completes the
fruity with plum and morello cherry
jam. Carob. Progressive tasting pleasu-
re, sublime balance between the parts.
Aging in large wooden barrels for 8
