iallo paglierino intenso e vivace. Le
iniziali note tostate lasciano spazio
a profumi di bosso e macchia mediterra-
nea, riportando alla balsamicità del pino.
Rosa gialla e tiglio, cedro e mandorla
verde. Gran bel sorso equilibrato dove
morbidezze e durezze competono egre-
giamente. Tocco lievemente amaricante
nel lungo finale. Acciaio per 4 mesi.

ubino trasparente. Apre speziato
di pepe nero, poi vira verso sensa-
zioni agrumate di arancio e pompelmo.
Carcadè, tamarindo e lampone.
Scorrevole e agile al palato, dal tannino
garbato e retrogusto coerente. Vinificato
in acciaio. PANE E FINOCCHIONA

On the nose, immediate scents of
roasted onions followed by boxwood
and Mediterranean scrub scents, then
balsamic notes of pine. Yellow rose and
linden, cedar and green almond. Great,
fine balanced sip with incredible com-
petition between softness and har-
shness. Slight embittering touch in the
long finish. In steel for 4 months.
