osso rubino con sfumature purpu-
ree, impenetrabile. Viola, geranio
e rosa. Intense note di pirite, grafite, pol-
vere di ferro. Sentori di pepe nero chiu-
dono questo panorama. Secco, con
alcol e morbidezza ben equilibrati sulla
freschezza e tannini ancora graffianti
ma garbati. Da lasciare evolvere.
Maturazione in cemento vetrificato per
10 mesi. CAPRIOLO IN UMIDO

ubino fitto e impenetrabile, consi-
stente. Conquista per intensità e
ampiezza. Garofano, viola e geranio,
mora, radice di liquirizia, carruba.
Traccia balsamica. Delicatamente pic-
cante nelle sue note speziate. Potente
ed elegante, accarezza il palato in
maniera docile e gradevole, mascheran-
do l'elevato grado alcolico. Lungo fina-
le. Matura in barrique per 24 mesi.

mpenetrable ruby red hue with purple
highlights. Scents of viola, geranium and
rose. Intense notes of pyrite, graphite, iron
powder. Hints of black pepper close this
landascape. Dry, with alcohol and softness
well balanced on freshness and still rough
but nice tannins. To be left to age. Aging in
vitrified cement for 10 months.

red hue, consistent. It seduces for
its intensity. Carnation, viola and gera-
nium, blackberry, licorice root, carob.
Balsamic trail. Delicate spicy notes.
Powerful and elegant, it caresses the
palate in a docile and pleasing manner,
veiling the high alcohol content. Long
finish. Aging in barriques for 24 months.
