quet olfattivo composto da biancospino,
sambuco e mandorla verde. Accennata
mineralità e cesti di frutta. L'impatto
gustativo è pieno, equilibrato, delicata-
mente caldo e di ottima fattura. Acciaio

osso rubino impenetrabile. Emana
intensi profumi di rosa e viola
appena macerati nell'alcol. Spezie dolci
fanno da contorno a marasca, mirtilli e
ribes. Secco con misurata morbidezza,
tannini rigogliosi, generosa alcolicità
che danno profondità. Epilogo lungo e
coerente. Matura in rovere per 18 mesi.

finish. Matured in oak for 18 months.
