Profuma di biancospino, acacia,
tiglio, zagara, prugna bianca, mela
golden, timo e salvia. In bocca è fre-
sco, equilibrato e ben strutturato; si
aggiungono evidenti note agrumate.
Maturazione in acciaio per 6 mesi.

iallo paglierino, con lampi dorati.
Ginestra, rosa gialla, sambuco,
gelsomino, miele d’acacia, cera d’api,
pesca gialla, pompelmo rosa e vaniglia.
Al gusto denota struttura e freschezza.
Regala in chiusura sentore di salvia e
lieve mineralità. Fermentazione in
acciaio. In tonneau per 8 mesi.
