P aglierino, con vivaci riflessi verdo-
lini. Gelsomino, zagara, biancospi-
no, tiglio, pesca bianca, mela renetta,
prugna gialla e miele d’acacia. In bocca
è ben strutturato, apprezzabilmente fre-
sco, in chiusura sfuma su ricordi di
melissa e salvia. Fermentazione e matu-
razione in acciaio per 3 mesi.
SARDONCINI A SCOTTADITO
R osso rubino carico. Marasca, pru-
gna rossa, pure in confettura,
mora, mirtillo, rosa rossa appassita,
geranio, liquirizia, pepe nero, cacao e
tabacco scuro. Corposo, fresco ma equi-
librato per i tannini garbati, infine rega-
la netta mineralità di idrocarburi e note
balsamiche. Matura in acciaio per 8

green highlights. Jasmine, orange
blossom, hawthorn, linden, white
peach, pippin apple, yellow plum and
acacia honey. On the palate, it is well-
structured, appreciably fresh, closing in
faint recalls of lemon balm and sage.
Fermentation and aging in steel for 3

D eep ruby red hue. Morello cherry,
red plum, also in jam, blackberry,
blueberry, withered red rose, geranium,
licorice, black pepper, cocoa and dark
tobacco. Full-bodied, fresh but balanced
thanks to tannins, it gives fine minerality of
hydrocarbons and balsamic notes. Aging
