G iallo paglierino vivo. Al naso
richiama intensamente sentori
erbacei di finocchietto selvatico e timo,
poi ghiaia bagnata e anice. Fanno capo-
lino anche un bell'agrumato, prugna
gialla e mandorla. Strutturato, è fresco,
morbido, già in ottimo equilibrio. Lungo
finale caratterizzato da un tenero abbrac-
cio alcolico. In cemento vetrificato per 6
mesi. GALLINELLA IN PORCHETTA
E legante dorato luminoso. Fiori gial-
li,mandorla, arachide, pistacchio e
lime maturo. Cenni di canfora, sentori di
pietra focaia e sfumature vanigliate. La
vibrante tensione gustativa si caratterizza
per alcolicità, acidità e sapidità, in evi-
denza. Persistente e dalle belle prospetti-
ve future. Maturazione in botti di cemen-
to per 12 mesi. TAGLIATA DI TONNO

V ivid straw yellow hue. On the nose, it
strongly recalls herbaceous hints of
wild fennel and thyme, then wet pebble and
anise, followed by a nice citrous hint and
yellow plum and almond scents. Structured,
fresh, soft, already in good balance. Long
finish, characterized by a soft alcoholic con-
tent. In vitrified cement for 6 months.

E legant bright golden hue. Yellow flo-
wers, almond, peanut, pistachio and
ripe lime. Camphor notes, scents of flint and
vanilla nuances. The vibrant tasting tension
is characterized by its alcoholicity, acidity
and savour. Persistent with beautiful per-
spectives for the future. Aging in cement
