Sentori delicati di fiori accompagna-
no erbe aromatiche, prugna e pesca.
Leggera mineralità. Al palato entra con
equilibrio, corpo contenuto e slanciata
freschezza. Sfuma in ricordi ammandor-
lati. Permane in acciaio, sui lieviti, per 10
mesi. OMELETTE AL FORMAGGIO

impido rubino con sfumature vio-
lacee. Fiori appena macerati si uni-
scono a nota erbacea con un mix di
pepi e frutta sotto spirito. Gusto pieno e
complesso, in buon equilibrio. Ottima
freschezza che affianca un tannino gar-
bato ma di bella presenza. Acciaio per 3
mesi, poi affinamento in bottiglia per 12

nuances. Gentle scents of flowers
accompany aromatic herbs, plum and
peach. Light minerality. On the palate,
it enters with balance, moderate body
and slender freshness. It fades with
almond recalls. In steel, on yeasts, for
