rillante paglierino. Profilo olfattivo
sottile e piacevole che svela lenta-
mente profumi di biancospino e gelso-
mino, pesca, mela e note di frutta esoti-
ca, ananas e kiwi. Sentori di mandorla
verde. Struttura importante al gusto.
Lunga persistenza finale sapida, sui toni
fruttati esotici. Matura in botti di rovere
di Slavonia per almeno 4 mesi.

Mandorla verde, acacia e zagara,
ananas fresco, note di erbe aromatiche.
Poi buccia di cedro e una spolverata
dolce di vaniglia ben integrata nel con-
testo. Al palato sfoggia gran corpo e
alcolicità, supportata da adeguata spalla
acida. Retrogusto finale lungo e di frutta
esotica. Riposa in vecchie botti di rove-
re di Slavonia per 18 mesi.

pleasing olfactory profile that slowly
releases scents of hawthorn and jasmine,
peach, apple and exotic fruit notes, pine-
apple and kiwi. Green almond hints.
Strong texture on the palate. Long lasting
and savoury persistence in the finish, exo-
tic fruity tones. Aging in Slavonian oak bar-

som, fresh pineapple, notes of aromatic
herbs. Then cedar peel and a well integra-
ted sweet sprinkle of vanilla. On the pala-
te, great body and alcoholicity, supported
by adequate acidity. Long aftertaste with
exotic fruit scents. In old Slavonian oak
