Prugna gialla, ginestra e pepe bian-
co. Indugia leggermente sulla compo-
nente alcolica, pur mantenendo un
discreto equilibrio. Orzo tostato in chiu-
sura. In acciaio per 12 mesi.
COSTINE DI MAIALE AL FORNO

orato luminoso. Miele e papaia,
ginestra, cedro e orzo tostato, camo-
milla, albicocca e vaniglia. In bocca è sua-
dente e avvolgente, accarezza con la sua
setosa morbidezza e poi sorprende con
un'esuberante acidità che rende irresistibi-
le il sorso successivo. Perfetto equilibrio e
una lunga scia di mandorla e agrumi.
Sosta in acciaio per 12 mesi e parte in
legno di Allier per 6 mesi. PINCINELLE

broom, cedar and toasted barley, cha-
momile, apricot and vanilla. On the palate, it
is charming and enveloping, caressing with
its silky softness. Then it surprises with an exu-
berant acidity that makes the next sip irresisti-
ble. Perfect balance and a long trail of almond
and citrus fruits. In steel for 12 months and
partly in Allier barriques 6 months.
